In which cities is Toyota Subscription available?
We have just begun to offer subscription services at Delhi, Mumbai & Bangalore. We will soon expand these services to other markets
Am I eligible for Toyota Subscription?
To meet the eligibility criteria for Toyota Subscription, you must:
- Be a resident of India
- Be 21 years old or above
- Own a Valid Driver's License
- Have a Experion score of 700 and above

How much do I need to pay for the subscription ?
Initially, you need to pay 2 months Rental(1 month advance rental and 1 month rental as refundable Security Deposit). Then pay the subscription fee on a monthly basis to continue your subscription via Standing Instruction/ NACH.
For how long can I subscribe to the car?
Toyota Subscription offers flexible subscription tenures of 12, 18, 24, 36 or 48 months.
In whose name will the car be registered ?
The subscribed car will be registered in the name of Myles Group Co. (Carzonrent India).
What color number plate would the vehicle bear?
All our vehicles under the Subscription program will bear a white number plate (Private registration).
Will we get New Cars or used cars ?
The offering will be provided for New Cars
Can I select the colour of my car?
Toyota Subscription offers multiple colour options to choose from.
Do I need to be GST registered?
GST registration is NOT necessary in order to subscribe to a car.
Can I get GST Input Tax Credit?
You will get monthly invoice from Myles. GST component will be there in the invoice. If the car is being used for business purpose, you can claim GST in accordance to GST law. Subscriber to confirm if he is eligible for GST input credit in his business.
What do you mean by Lock-in period?
Lock-in period refers to the period, during which you are not permitted to cancel the subscription. Lock-in period is 12 months.
Can I extend my tenure?
Yes, tenure extension option is available. Upon extension, subscription charges will be revised accordingly.

What are the inclusions in the subscription rental?
The inclusions are as below:
Vehicle usage Cost, Road Tax, Vehicle registration, Insurance coverage, and
maintenance for Kms opted, accessories (Mud flap & Floor mats).
Maintenance includes all scheduled & unscheduled services, tyre and Battery as
well as accident repairs,
excluding the ones which occur due to misuse &
negligence.

Once I subscribe, can I retain the vehicle after the tenure end?
Yes, buy back option is also available. Buy back price shall be provided basis tenure, usage and market value assessment.
When can I return the car? And what if I want to return the car within the usage period?
At the end of the subscription term car to be returned back.
Foreclosure during Lock in period: Subscriber to pay subscription amount set for
remaining Lock in period.
For example, Car is subscribed for 24 months @ Rs. 20k per month and subscriber
wants to
Foreclose at the end of 7 months. In this case Subscriber to pay 12 months
Subscription
rental @ Rs. 25k per month less the amount he has already paid in 7 months.
(25000X12=
300000, less already paid in 7 months 20000*7=140000) Rs. 160000/-
Foreclosure after Lock in period: Subscriber to pay subscription amount set for
tenure
shorter than the one selected by subscriber, for the period subscription has been
availed.
For example, Car is subscribed for 24 months @ Rs. 20k per month and subscriber
wants to
Foreclose at the end of 18 months. In this case Subscriber to pay 12 months
Subscription
rental (set for tenure shorter) @ Rs. 25k per month for 18 months less the amount he
has
already paid in 18 months. (25000X18= 450000, less already paid in 18 months
20000*18=360000) Rs. 90000/-
How do I get started with the subscription ?
You can start your subscription online.You need to upload Pan Card, Driving License and Aadhaar Card/Passport on the link the provided for soft approval. Basis those, our partner Myles will intimate to share the remaining documents (Depends on your occupation). Once the remaining documents are submitted, Myles will intimate on the credit approval. After the approval, you need to pay the Security Deposit, Advance rental,submit 6 PDCs and set up SI/NACH. The order for the car will be placed and it will be delivered as per the timeline.
What are the documents required?
- Application Form online
- KYC documents (Pan Card Copy, Valid Driving License, Aadhaar Card/ Passport)
Additional documents to check credit worthiness includes but not consider as a exhaustive list:
- Financials (Audited financials, TDS returns, ITR's in case of co docs and Form-16, Salary Slip for salaried profile)
- 6 months latest Bank statement
- TAN & GSTIN no (For Non Salaried Customers)
- Latest Address Proof
- Organizations - Partnership deed/Certificate of Incorporation/ List of shareholders/list of directors copy (for non-salaried customers )
- Original documents will be verified and the TAT for eligibility criteria will be 3 working days.
Note : Additional documents may be asked, if required.
How long will it take to get the car?
The subscribed car delivery usually takes 45 days from the time of booking, subject to timely submission of documents, verification and availability of the car . You'll be kept informed at all stages in the case of any changes or unforeseen delays.
Do I need to be physically present for taking the delivery of the car?
Yes, the person whose applied for car subscription, needs to be present for the key handover, along with original documents. A checklist needs to be signed at the time of taking delivery.
When do I need to pay the monthly subscription fee?
Subscription fee is to be paid to our subscription partner on a monthly basis on pre scheduled date day of every month. This date will be the date on which vehicle is delivered to you. For example if vehicle is delivered on 17th of current month, next SI/ NACH would be debited from 17th of next month.
How can the payment be made?
Payment will be made through an online auto-debit mechanism from your bank account/credit card for the tenure of the subscription. The auto-debit will get disabled once you return the car.
What are the charges in case of damages?
You shall only pay amount not covered by insurance co.
What is negligent driving ?
Any case where the insurance company rejects to pay for damages it believes has been caused by irresponsible driving - e.g. drinking & driving, minors driving, driving without a valid driver's license at the time of accident, all as per the insurance policy.
What are the charges in case of late payment?
For any delay after the due date, a penalty at the rate of 2% in outstanding amount will be charged for the delayed period.
Who will pay for tolls, parking, inter-state taxes, fines & challans?
All toll, parkings and interstate taxes,Fastag recharges, fines/challans, will be borne by you. Fastag for the vehicle will be procured by the service provider.
Who will recharge Fastag?
Fastag shall be recharged by Myles. The Fastag usage will be invoiced to you with GST.
Can I share my car with someone and split costs?
Yes, treat it as your own car. But please remember that you will continue to be responsible for the car (and all associated incidents) even when someone else in your family is driving it. This excludes commercial usage of the car (e.g., using it as a Taxi, or sub-renting it), which is not allowed. Please refer to the agreement for terms of usage of the car.
What happens if we end up exceeding the agreed mileage / KM for the year?
Your subscription charges covers the annual Kms opted , or as accumulated kms for the entire tenure subscribed . Any extra kms driven beyond the accumulated kms, are chargeable as per agreement.
Who will take care of the maintenance of the car?
Our subscription partner will take care of the maintenance, which will be done at Toyota authorized workshop.
What is included in maintenance?
Complete maintenance (scheduled + un-scheduled+ tyre + battery + insurance repairs), including regular wear and tear. Not included are repairs arising out of misuse and negligent driving.
What is meant by misuse or negligence driving?
Misuse and negligent driving including but not limited to :
- Minor driving.
- Over loading & racing competition.
- Commercial usage.
- Drinking & driving.
- Violating any traffic rules as per RTO.
- Driving beyond the Indian geographical area.
- Not following standard PMS schedule as per OEM.
- Modification of car systems.
Will pick and drop of the car be provided for periodic servicing?
Yes, this is an optional servicce.
What happens if the car breaks down or meets with an accident?
In case of an unfortunate event, please notify us immediately and we will guide you through the entire process. We will coordinate with road-side assistance and insurance. Unless unavoidable, please do not leave the place of the accident until proper support has arrived. You may be required to file/sign formality documents associated with the accident.
What services are not covered for free by roadside assistance?
As the subscriber, the following cases will be charged to you:
- Retrieval of key locked inside the car.
- Tyre puncture.
- Fuel arrangement and filling.
- Jobs related to externally fitted CNG/LPG kits.
- Battery jump start required ( If battery becomes drained due to the subscriber's negligence).
What should I do in the case of accidents involving third party damage, or bodily injury to a third person, or causing the death of a third person?
Notify our subscription partner Myles within 24 hours of the accident at 88-8222-2222 /help@mylescars.com with all the details, and lodge a complaint/First Information Report with the nearest police station. In case of an accident involving damage to the car, or third party property damage, or bodily injury to a third person, you will have to provide our subscription partner with these neccessary details below and shall, if required, appear before the Court or any other authority.
- Date, time, and place of accident
- The license plate numbers of any other vehicles involved, their make and year, their identification number (serial number), and the insurance certificate's number (with name, address and phone number of the insurance agent).
- The names, addresses, and driver's license numbers of the persons involved in the incident.
- The name, address, and driver's license number of the owner of the vehicle (if he or she is not the driver).
- The name, addresses, and phone numbers of witnesses, passengers, and any other involved persons.
- Circumstances of the accident, describing immediate surrounding environment and the position of the car prior to the accident.
- A police report is required regardless of liability or fault. You shall specify in your detailed written complaint to the police the actual facts only. You shall ensure that such complaint shall not contain any discrepancy, inconsistencies or distortions from actual facts as the same would be detrimental to a valid insurance or other claim by Myles. Any loss occasioned to Myles due to an inconsistent or distorted complaint by you shall be borne by you.
What happens in case the car gets stolen?
You shall immediately notify Toyota Subscribe via email on the ID shared in the subscription agreement, about the theft of the car with details, and lodge a complaint/First Information Report with the nearest police station. Your liability in case of theft would be the difference between the Book Value and the insurance settlement amount, or the entire Book Value due to negligence.
What condition do I need to return the car in?
Normal wear and tear is acceptable. Any damage due to misuse and negligent driving will be chargeable.
Are there any restrictions to where I can travel?
You can drive within Indian geographical limits.
Can I make modifications or alterations to the car?
No, you cannot make any modifications or alterations to the car provided to you. However, you can fix detachable accessories which can be easily removed, as long as the warranty of the car doesn’t get affected.
